RIP Webasto

All existing Webasto stations (41) in AFDC were re-designated as EVCS today, so it would appear that the Webasto "network" is now dead. Which kind of makes sense (and plays into the "noodoe" discussion below, in that I believe that Webasto's core was the hardware itself and not the network, so it makes sense that they would choose to partner with an actual network provider.

I suspect this is one of many future consolidations.
