Has opening of new Electrify America locations slowed down to a crawl?

I don't know if this is a false sense of perception, but it seems to me that the opening of new Electrify America charging stations has slowed down to a crawl.
 
It has slowed down perceptibly. For awhile there were a bunch that had been added to AFDC but didn't actually open for a few weeks, but even that logjam has broken a bit.
