Awesome. Sioux Falls is in desperate need of this. Hotel locations aren't ideal, but there's a Flying J truck stop and a Burger King within walking distance.
 
Is it safe to presume that this construction site is for the charging station?

Seems reasonable and looks like switchgear and power modules on the pallets. Glad to see this progressing quickly!
 
I was just looking at these on Plugshare. Hoping to see a utility transformer set soon. The canopies are an unexpected addition.
 
The equipment has been removed.

Does anyone know what is going on?

The replacement chargers have been installed. Hopefully this gets fired up soonish.
