Another new "network": noodoe

Two new "noodoe" sites were added to AFDC today. They are still in the PLANNED stage, and given the lack of information, I won't be adding them yet, but has anyone heard anything about this provider, other than it's yet another quasi-charger/OS provider with a fancy web site but no actual hardware out there yet?

I haven't heard of them but I'll say that's a terrible name for a company. At first I thought this thread's title was a typo or a joke.
I wonder if you pronounce it "no dough". Also it shares the initialism of the Department of Energy (DOE) and it looks like the company name is saying "no (to) DOE".
