The Rockland, ME Supercharger is under construction at the Hannaford at 75 Maverick Street and pictures at Tesla Motors Club show that it will have V4 stalls.
That's consistent with it having CCS, as it's one of the Phase V (NEVI Phase 1) locations awarded. It's still listed on the Efficiency Maine Charging Initiatives page, while another one that was canceled was removed. There will be 8 stalls total. The NEVI award requires 4 CCS plugs.
