Francis Energy's installs appeared to have stalled

I was pretty surprised to see the buildout of Francis Energy sites in Oklahoma. I wonder why that "enthusiasm" hasn't transferred to other states? Do you think they are getting disappointing usage in OK and have slowed down their buildout in other areas?

A lot of pending Francis installs popped up in their app around June 30/July 1. However, it was short lived and disappeared a few days later. I wish I had taken a screenshot of them.

All the pending sites had the typical 3 character location identifier followed by xx instead of a number. So, for example, "ASHxx" for the station in Hobbs. All were listed as 150 kW Power Electronics units with 1 CCS and 1 CHAdeMO.

The following sites were labeled as pending (offline & with the aforementioned location ID in the form "ABCxx") :
Alamogordo, Des Moines, Fort Sumner, Hobbs, Roswell, and Tucumcari.

I can confirm that Roswell and Alamogordo are fully installed and just need utility connections/meters. I'm not sure the install status of all the other sites.
