Filtering by Status on Changes List

Could we add a filter on the changes list for status? I'd like to be able to view just open, construction, planned, etc.

I completely agree with this request. It's a fairly high priority. That said, it's been a particularly busy time for me outside of this project, so progress has slowed, but at some point I should be able to get back to it.

I do currently only highlight the OPEN items, which I think are the most interesting for most, but I understand it may be desirable to filter by the other statuses as well.
