Fastcharger - Scottsdale - Kroger-Frys 673 (Scottsdale, AZ)

Does anyone have any idea what is going on at this location?

It's been almost two years now since the equipment was installed and it is still not turned on.
 
Well, coincidentally it went "live" today, although all for stalls are showing Unavailable. However, I've known the app to not accurately reflect status. I should note that it is showing all four stalls are only 150kW.

There are only three 150 kW cabinets there.

I don't know how Electrify America is able to do four 150 kW chargers.

Maybe some of the chargers are power-sharing.

Also, I see no comment from Electrify America on PlugShare.

Usually, Electrify America announces every station opening on PlugShare.
 
Let's try this again. Came up as showing AVAILABLE today.

I still want to know how Electrify America can get four 150 kW dispensers from three 150 kW cabinets.

There must be power sharing.
 
It doesn't actually appear this is the case, but I do wonder if there might be a 4th cabinet "hiding" behind the three. There is another picture where it doesn't look like this is the case, but if not set up for power sharing, that would be the only other possibility.
