The 50 kW charger at the Salisbury Royal farms store is likely closed for good. There are plans for two 180 kW Blink fast chargers according to the list of awardees of the Maryland Electric Corridors Grant Program. It will probably be at least six months or a year until the new chargers get built. Not sure whether this should be categorized as temporarily or permanently closed.

Without the additional information you provided, I would normally call this closed permanently, but I'll go ahead and keep it at closed temporarily given that eventually it may re-open. There is only an "informal" 6 month time period I have for considering something permanent vs. temporary, but it's not a hard and fast rule. Thanks for the update.
