It mentions 8 Tesla and 8 NYPA,
I assume this is the location.

It's at the Frontier Town Gateway restaurant at 4010 Blue Ridge Road, not 9010. I used the same GPS location as given for the Superchargers on supercharge.info.

This site was added to AFDC today, so look for it to be opening soon. I've also changed the site name to "Frontier Town" to reflect the site host.
