There was an anonymous update request to add a battery to this site. Is there any hard evidence that this is the case? I'm not saying I don't believe that's not the case, but I would like harder proof than an anonymous update request to justify the change. Thanks.

I don't think this is the case, I've not seen any equipment there for a battery.
