It is interesting that the site plan has been submitted (and I believe approved). However, no construction activity has ever occurred for the Rivian chargers.

I have no way to know for sure of course, but it's possible that they are aligning schedules with the utility's ability to provide a transformer/grid connection and are postponing committing hardware & performing site work until it lines up. This would be unlike most of the other CPOs (save Tesla) that seem to dig first, install equipment, and then let them site for a year while they wait for the transformer to show up.

I have an anonymous report that construction has started at this site, but I don't see any evidence posted either here or on Plugshare. If whoever submitted that would care to comment here with their information, please do so!

I am not the anonymous poster; however, I confirmed at noon today (4/3/2024) that construction has begun. Trenching and installing PVC conduit this morning. Nice addition to Columbia, MO. Less than 1/2 mile off I-70. Noralta Technologies is the construction manager.

Columbia W&L made the connections on April 19. This station should be open some time in the next 10 days.
