The section for Phase V mentions 7 locations but only 6 are listed and this Bangor one is missing.

Efficiency Maine has announced seven awards to install new DC Fast Charging ports along I-95 in Augusta and Bangor, and along U.S. Route 1.

High-speed chargers will be installed at the following locations:

It wasn't the best location, being at an exit that Northbound was exit only and maybe it was pointed out and disqualified under the 1 mile rule. Or maybe something made Equilon (Shell) or the host pull out.
