For what it's worth, I occasionally drive by this site, and there is absolutely zero going on here.

This is not a great picture (I was going to go back during the day, but my friend insisted on taking me by last night), but the site is definitely under construction. I counted six stalls altogether.

So many otherwise completed Electrify America stations are still missing transformers.
