NEVI tags and filter

This would be a good site to view NEVI progress using a tag and filter. It could probably even be a second network tag with a "NEVI" option for the existing charging network filter.

I very much like the idea; however, @lpickup is the mastermind of the programming, so he will have to weigh in. Currently, there is no database field to tag a site as NEVI funded. At a minimum, we'd have to go back and add that to the planned site that are already entered (mostly in Ohio, Pennsylvania, Colorado, and Utah).

Just thinking out loud, it does seem like it would be tough to track this with only second hand information (we have good data for some, but not all states). I wonder if the government will come out with their own tracker?
