Hawaii Electric is replacing its ancient efacec QC45 fast chargers with Tritium RTM fast chargers and adding additional Tritium RTM chargers.

Phase 1 (if you want to call it that) has already begun (and possibly completed) in switching to OpConnect. It looks like it's mostly been a network operator change to this point. Glad they will be following it up with hardware updates which are apparently sorely needed. However, from what I have seen on Plugshare checkins, it's putting a pretty bad taste of OpConnect in the mouths of Hawaiians. It's a shame they didn't make the switch coincident with the hardware updates.
