Antelope Canyon is a beautiful place but there is zero infrastructure in that area. There is no way this charger could be real. Can anybody confirm?

Plugshare is a bit out of date. The supercharger in Kalispell MT has just upgraded to 8xV4 MagicDock with longer cables. Open to CCS1 according to Supercharger.info
As I mentioned, Plugshare is out of date but this is the link on Plugshare.

Not looking great for these "coming soon" chargers. Town Pump backed out and now North Western backs out.

NorthWestern backed out. Town Pump also backed out. No EV chargers on the horizon from what I can see.

Hey people. I've driven through Wickenburg AZ and I know there's a Tesla supercharger in there somewhere. The Tesla map shows it here:
Supercharger
Wickenburg Town Hall
155 N Tegner
Wickenburg, AZ 85390-3427
I can't find it on Plugshare although I'm sure it was on there a while back...
It's showing as "Down" on plugshare today. The last check-in was back in June. It's listed as 50kw but it's really a 24kw charger.
Anybody know the status of this one as of today (September 4 2024)?
Just an update. The ne Buc ees is open but the Tesla charger is listed as closed. (under construction? repair? Unclear.) No mention of any other charger type either. Can anybody confirm? Seems weird the worlds largest Buc-ees would do something like this.
There's already a Buc ees in Luling Texas with a Tesla supercharger. In fact, I think that was the first Buc ees. But they are just about to open a brand new Buc ees in Luling. A massive 74,000 square foot place. But I can't find any info on chargers going in. Any word...
I realize the network is only open to Ford but eventually it should be open to Hyundai so I was looking around. One thing I noticed on Plugshare - when I was looking to see if I could drive from Phoenix into Mexico...
I know the older 150's are incompatible with newer cars. But wait... there...
The pumps are still there. They were replaced with new pumps. You can see the old pumps on Google Maps street view (no EV chargers showing) but you can see the new pumps and EV chargers in a picture on Plugshare..
I actually called a bunch of people in Great Falls and spoke with the guy supervising this project on the phone. In an Email they claim the deal with Town Pump isn't totally dead. But there's still no charger or any sign of one. So who knows.
Here's what I got for an email.
October 10...
Looks like Mercedes and Buc-ee’s have decided to team up. Buc-ee’s, if you haven't been there, is sort of like if Walmart and your corner gas station had a baby. A gigantic massive HUGE baby. Mostly in the south and south west. It's honestly worth stopping even if you don't need to...
Great that you got a response and thanks for asking. I wonder what happened to Great Falls? That's the major stumbling block for tourists coming from Canada. Without any high speed option in Great Falls, people from Calgary heading south can't really use the I15. That turns a 7 1/2 hour trip...
Rumor is these chargers weren't going to be 150kw and wouldn't qualify for federal funding. Which I sort of doubt because, from what I've seen, EA doesn't go lower than 150 and usually does 350.
