    This one was listed as permanently closed, but I think actually it just reopened. It was repaired a couple of weeks ago and now has positive checkins on plugshare.

    Fastcharger - Charlotte - Northcrest Shopping Center (Target)

    I don't have pics, but there are videos of the site on Branden Flasch's YouTube channel. It has been in the same state for months now, with some electrical cabinets, but no dispensers or anything. It is next to the rei and really not that close to the Target store.
