Indiana has allocated its VW settlement money and those chargers are being built out right now. Part of the state is using EV Connect with Duke Energy. You seem to be catching those but the northern part of the state is using Shell Recharge. None of those seem to be in your data. I’ve captured the sites below that are either online or in some state of verified construction.
All of the sites are using Tritium PKM150 chargers with 2xCCS ports each. Each site (except one in Bloomfield) has two physical units. Each PKM150 can support 2 cars at once. Depending on how you count this it is 2x150kw or 4x75kw.
There should be about ten more sites as well in the Indianapolis area but so far none of those seem to be online.
