I-80 Between Wendover & Salt Lake City

I'm looking at the maps and this looks like a dicey stretch of road for a BEV... I imagine NEVI will be addressing this, hopefully.

I'm showing about 95 miles between stations for a Tesla and about 110 for CCS only.

Well, it's probably not the only such stretch on the Interstate in the US and most all BEVs vehicles sold now can cover that gap, but that still could be worrisome.
 
What's also interesting is that there are 2 casinos right on the border (West Wendover, NV vs Wendover, UT) with large parts of their parking lots in Utah. So they park in Utah and walk to NV. Crazy. But I've driven up thru Mesquite and once had a house in St. George, so I have an idea why it's like this.

One could easily get lost looking at maps of the Western US and there's a lot of empty space out here.
 
UDOT has plans for a Delle DC charger. I’ve made this trip, but with the winds and the high speeds I was surprised how much range it took coming from Salt Lake.
