This station does not seem to be open yet based on Plugshare reports; the grand opening ceremony is scheduled for Wednesday, November 15th.

The stations are all showing available (green) on the ChargePoint site, which usually means that if you can physical get to the station you should be able to initiate a charge. I suppose it is possible that the area is blocked off or something, but from ChargePoint's side, it looks operational.
