See this link for announcement of what appears to be four (4) ChargePoint CPE 250 units. Those are typical capable of 62.5 kW or 125kW when paired. I assume these will be paired.

Tentative open date is late summer 2023. Not currently under construction, so planned status is probably best.

Keep an eye out for a permit. The Twitter post makes it sound like if there isn't a permit in place yet, it's probably imminent.

Will do. It's a City supported project, so it may bypass the typical permit process and go straight to construction. I'll update if I hear or see something.
