This site has been on again/off again, with both ElectrifyAmerica and Tesla having it on their "coming soon" pages, only to disappear. It is active on the EvolveNY site as a Coming Soon location.

I had the opportunity to drive by this site after Thanksgiving and noticed physical charging stations present on site, and it looks like someone posted a picture to Plugshare on Nov 9, so something is happening at this site.

Good news on this one: Electrify America officially recognized this site by creating an AFDC entry for it. It's not yet marked open, but it is on the EA app as "Coming Soon" and this update means there is some positive movement. Plugshare comments indicate that the station is powered up, so hopefully this one is close.
