I drove by this one in the morning in my miev and its definitely gone. There was someone still working on them and they mentioned removing chademo on smaller sites and site that dont use it too much. Specially if larger site nearby still have them.

yep, at that time about half of the EA sites in Sacramento area were offline. More are going offline once other sites are complete.
