That's really disappointing -- there should almost be a penalty for applying and then withdrawing.

Believe it or not, it wasn't initially showing my app, but when I checked my app later, it was showing up, just as you shared in the screenshot. I'm not sure if my app had stale data or something else was going on.

Thanks for sharing. I don't see it in the Shell Recharge app, but PlugShare seems to indicate that it's ready ... but no picture or documented use.
